The Inn at Henderson's wharf is my preferred hotel when staying in the Baltimore area. Nestled in Fells Point. Because the hotel considers itself autuentic/historic, the one downside is that it only provides the most basic of creature comforts. The rooms, while generously sized and clean, provide only the bare necessities. In order to improve accommodations, the hotel would have to part from its image as a historic/authentic building so I get why they choose not to. The huge plus side is that the hotel staff are beyond friendly and always willing to help with whatever your concern is.

I haven't stayed here yet, but can say that the front desk staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Staff was excellent.We arrived early and they gave us our parking options.We paid on Expedia but once we arrived we were charged like an additional 65.00 for a resort fee.To me this is a additional fee for hotels to make more money.We were in room 111 an water pressure in shower was ridiculous low pressure.Our refrigerator in room would only keep our drinks at a room temperature which was not ok.During the night our room was not at the room temperature we set thermostat to so I believe they are able ro control ac temperature during sleeping hours because approximately 8am our room was cool again.. but at night it was l8ke 71 degrees which we are use to approximately 65 degrees.The fresh fruit and juice on the breakfast bar were room temperature instead of cold which I think should have attention.I pd for water view which was pretty but the deck outside of our room as unsafe.We came back to room atc12:30 am and front door was locked so we had to be buzzed in and they ask for room number,I told them room 112 even though I was in 111 to test them.They left me in bldg but once I got to front desk they ask me again.I gave them the correct room number and told them I was testing them which they failed.Thiscus actually a good hotel but need to take care of some things

Petit séjour dans ce bel hôtel à l'occasion d'un week-end à Baltimore. Le bâtiment ancien a complètement été rénové et transformé en hôtel et c'est une belle réussite. Trés bien placé, dans un quartier sympa. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et professionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La literie est bonne. Nous etions rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur les bateaux, sympa. Dans le lobby, un salon pour se détendre ou dans le petit jardin. Il y a un espace de travail et 1 ATM. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking voiture fermé. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais correct. (Week-end du 02 au 04 août)
